Our founders
Mrunali – Founder, Vision Migration
Mrunali is the Founder of Vision Migration. Her background in Commerce and her initial role in Human Resources took a turn when she realized — even at the age of 14 — that what she truly wanted was to build something of her own. Mrunali’s passion? Being passionate! No kidding — she’s deeply committed to helping others, simplifying conversations, and staying true to her values.
From launching as EM’s Overseas in 2012 to what is now Vision Migration, Mrunali has come a long way. She champions an end-to-end self-counselling approach, which means spending most of her time understanding individual needs, guiding clients carefully, and ensuring they are fully prepared for their journey — whether it’s study, work, or settlement abroad.
She lives by the belief:
“Winners are not born, they are self-made,” and instills that principle into every interaction.
Rohit – Co-Founder, Vision Migration
Rohit joined Vision Migration as Co-Founder, in March 2019. He began his career in 2005 with the Hutchison Group. Four years later (in 2009), he was one of just two candidates out of 70 chosen to lead the pilot Customer Care project for Vodafone’s launch in Qatar. After three successful years there, he returned to India and was brought back onboard by Hutchison Group as a Consulting Mentor in the Retention vertical.
Raised in Mumbai, Rohit completed his Commerce degree in 2007 while balancing work and studies. Today, he’s focused on scaling Vision Migration to new heights. Together with Mrunali and a strong admissions team, he aims to expand operations in key Indian cities while strengthening partnerships with universities and colleges both within India and internationally.
In his downtime, Rohit enjoys playing snooker and cricket with friends. He’s a big fan of MasterChef Australia (though he avoids cooking — but yes, he does the dishes!). His dream is to own a sea-facing home in Mumbai… and maybe another in Goa!
